ActivAdmin publishes elearning tools and a software platform for administrators of building automation systems. The market is often overlooked, but is growing rapidly. The successful candidate requires ability to navigate a technology-based product, technical people that serves a market populated by non-technical people bound to slow-to-change processes. There are qualified people, but they are not easily identified.

Pinnacle identified a very large number of candidates, who for various reasons, either were not desirable or chose to not take the position. Mr. Lucas conducted periodic meetings with me to discuss specific candidates and the general process. He adjusted and I adjusted for about a year. He was consistently engaged and professional.
